On a 400V line, it pulls less current than the same 2500W on 230V. That means you can run thinner wiring and put less stress on contacts.&#xA;The tube length—say, 300mm—is chosen to pack a lot of heat into a small footprint. You get high heat flux without taking up a lot of room.&#xA;Go shorter, and you lose output. Go longer, and warm-up takes longer, and mounting gets more awkward. We size it so it drops into your existing setup and focuses the heat where you want it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
